Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Dockers gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 60 days of purchase. Simply use our online portal to initiate a return or exchange for a different size or color.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for printerless drop-off at a participating location.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in the original packaging if possible, ensure all tags are attached, and securely seal the package before attaching the return label.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed, typically within 7-10 business days.
